Support from Strathcarron Hospice

Our specialist teams helps people access hospice support earlier, focusing on what matters most to you.

Anyone living with, or caring for someone with, a life-limiting illness across Forth Valley, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth can contact the team directly - no referral needed.

Support starts with a conversation and can include practical, clinical and emotional support from our experienced hospice team. You can dip in and out of support as your needs change. All support is free.

If professionals wish to discuss or refer someone directly to the Live your Life team, they can also contact the support line.  Health professionals can also refer via SCI Gateway or by completing a community referral form.

The Team

Our experienced Strathcarron Hospice nurses, creative arts facilitators, complementary therapists and community based connectors and volunteers support people and their families living with life-limiting illness.

Our hope is to increase access and reach people earlier in their illness.
